The Wealth Company Limited Terms & Conditions

By undertaking any Services provided by The Wealth Company Limited, the participant hereby agrees and understands that The Wealth Company Limited accepts no responsibility for the financial affairs of the participant and makes no undertaking to provide specific financial advice about any financial products or services.

Any financial decisions should be made only after taking specific and independent financial advice, preferably from a fully qualified member of the Accountancy profession.

The Wealth Company Limited is not acting on the participants behalf and is not responsible for the financial wellbeing or success of the participant.

In the event of a dispute regarding the above, then all costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees incurred by the prevailing party therein shall be paid by the other party. The obligation on the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgement.

The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this agreement. Should either party institute legal suit or action for enforcement of any obligation contained herein it is agreed that the venue of such suit or action shall be in the United Kingdom and subscriber expressly consents to The Wealth Company Limited designating the venue of any such suit or action.

The provisions herein shall inure to the benefit of the parties herein and any heirs, successors or assigns and shall survive the termination or cancellation of this agreement.

Privacy Policy

Gill Fielding and the businesses she sets up shall not sell nor pass on your details except with your consent.  They shall be used as requested by you to send you information, provide access to resources and/or newsletters etc...  Your information shall be protected using standard techniques and procedures to prevent it being stolen or lost.  You may unsubscribe or request a copy of the information held at any time using the Contact page.
